GUIDELINES FOR HEALING SESSIONS
IS ANYDAY APPROPIATE FOR A SESSION?
In presencial sessions it is recommended to come one calm day, because the work is felt more directly.
Remotely it is not necessary, because the work is gently coupled to the person.
Often after a face-to-face session many people feel like resting (some of them feel like having a physiotherapy session) or to be with yourself (since you leave in a great state of inner peace).
While in remote sessions, for those who are very sensitive may feel great peace, happiness or a feeling of lightness during work; therefore it is compatible with daily tasks.
IS IT COMPATIBLE WITH OTHER ENERGETIC THERAPIES?
Yes. If you regularly do energy-type sessions (ex: osteopathy, acupuncture, reiki...) consult the time to leave between therapies.
In the case of the sessions with me the margin is from 3 to 5 weeks.
The energy work that we do (especially in the first session) is very deep, a lot of energy moves, so that energy settling is slow, so that it is harmonious for the body and comfortable for the person
CAN I SUGGEST A TOPIC TO WORK ON?
Yes, we will work on what is most present to you (be it emotional, relationships, physical health, spiritual growth...), but not exclusively.
Energy work is holistic (global), since we seek maximum well-being.
We always follow the indications of your Being and the Guides, which indicate what is a priority for you at the moment.
WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS AFTER THE SESSION?
You can make specific inquiries to me through Whatsapp or Telegram.
Remember to place myself in what I transmitted to you before expressing the doubt.
Session work is all channeled, which means that when the session ends I forget everything or almost everything we worked on.
To remember it when you ask me, I need you to locate me so I can connect with the information again.
RECOMMENDATIONS POST SESSION

Avoid to drink alcohol and to smoke in a few days

Drink plenty of water.

Eat fruit every day.

Be in contact with Nature or take care of plants at home.
In the session you will be given the specific recommendations for you, these are general.
