The care of spaces

Spaces are immensely powerful and important in our day to day lives. Like people, every building, house and room has its etheric dimensions and its consciousness. Open spaces such as forests, mountains and beaches also have their own energy potential.

The physical components of space are directly related to its energy constitution, so we will not find the same type of energy in a factory (full of elements related to metals and electricity) as in a forest (rich in elements related to wood or water). Each element has a particular vibrational pattern, which we can also associate with the chemical components of the physical body that materializes it. There are no good or bad elements, neither better nor worse than others, it's about finding balance in variety.

If we analyze what aspects we take into account when we value the harmony of a space, such as a house, we look at the balance and the relationship between the elements that make it up. Therefore, both the quantity and the arrangement of the elements are decisive for the energy balance of the spaces. Apart from these items, the qualities of the elements are also important, ie the shapes (very important in the directionality and fluidity of the energy) and the colours (each colour has a different frequency and therefore provides by resonance a specific energy quality to the element and the space), among other parameters. Feng shui is an ancient Chinese technique that talks about these aspects in relation to the natural elements as well, there are many resources available to expand the information about this discipline.

Another aspect to keep in mind in the energy balance of a space is the accumulated loads or memories. Both objects and spaces absorb the energy projected on them. Spaces interact and collaborate with the beings who live, work or transit there; they are sensitive to everything that happens in and around them, which is why it is essential to be careful. Let's take a simple example to illustrate this:

"If in the dining room of a house there are intense discussions in a very repetitive and prolonged manner over time, an accumulation of energy is generated linked to anger, frustration, conflict, ... which can last in the space and in the memory of housing. If after the experience of pain there is no atmosphere of reconciliation and willingness to repair the damage caused, it is difficult to dissolve these experiences, thus saturating the atmosphere with a low vibration that leads to even more discussions.”

The same goes for objects, if we associate an object with a high emotion (eg: a photograph of a happy moment) it is projected on the object and the environment. The same goes for low emotions, so if we accumulate a lot of objects with this type of memories we compromise the energy well-being of the space.

Some of the loads of the buildings go beyond the experiences we live in or contribute to them, they are prior to our arrival, they have to do with the people who used to live there, with other presences and elements of the environment, other plans or historical events that had happened in the space even before the building we see today was built.

The origin of some of these loads, especially if they are of low frequency, require the conscious intervention from the subtle plan to heal them, eliminating their weights, closing their portals and restoring the order of love.

Here are some basic practices that everyone can apply and I think that are useful to improve the quality of spaces.

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MY HOME OR MY WORKPLACE?

  • Order is the basic principle by which energy can flow in a room.

  • Cleaning is necessary beyond your own sense of hygiene: a dirty space will hardly have a high vibration.

  • Avoiding accumulating objects leaves room for the new.

  • Making the house a home and the place you work Your place to work is a responsibility. As Marie Kondo, author of several books on order, says, it is important to fill the house with happiness, and we will achieve this by making sure that there are objects full of love for us in each room.

  • It is important to raise the shutters well to let the natural light into the building, the sunlight recharges the rooms and helps to activate the chi. It is important that there are no rooms with blinds always lowered. A ball of feng shui can help disperse the light and renew the energy of the spaces.

  • Light colours by their own vibration elevate the frequency of spaces; white is the highest colour, as it contains all the vibrations in itself, this can be seen in the decomposition of light. Also, touches of more intense colours bring other properties to the spaces, it is necessary to make a specific assessment of each case.

  • Plants are good travel companions, they help us to raise the vibration of the spaces and some are especially good in the environmental cleaning (ex: the spathiphyllum is one of the most purifying of the air indoor plants or the potus for spaces where there are many people such as conference rooms, classrooms, large offices…).

  • Ventilating helps to renew the energy of the spaces, it is important to do it every day. It is specially interesting to ventilate on rainy days, as on rainy days the energy renewal is much more intense.

  • Music is vibration and as such has a direct effect on the energy quality of where we are. Listening to high frequencies or music that brings us joy at home will promote a state of well-being there.

  • Burning incense or holy wood from time to time contributes to the energetic cleansing of the spaces.
